Couvige Studio provides digital tools for designing, editing, saving, exporting, and exploring bobbin lace patterns and related creative files.

The service is intended for creative, educational, personal, and professional use by people interested in bobbin lace, textile design, and digital craft.

Couvige Studio is under active development. Some features may be experimental, incomplete, modified, suspended, or removed over time.

Access to some parts of Couvige Studio may require creating an account.

The publisher may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the service, temporarily or permanently, in order to improve the application, maintain it, fix technical issues, or adapt it to user needs.

The user agrees to provide accurate information when creating an account and to keep their login details confidential.

The user is responsible for all activity carried out through their account.

If the user believes that their account has been accessed without authorization, they should contact Couvige Studio as soon as possible.

The user agrees to use Couvige Studio only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

The user must not:

• attempt to disrupt, damage, overload, or bypass the service;
• attempt to access another user's account or files without permission;
• upload unlawful, harmful, abusive, or infringing content;
• use the service to violate the rights of others;
• copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or reproduce the service except where permitted by law;
• use Couvige Studio in a way that could harm the service, its users, or its reputation.

The user remains the owner of the patterns, drawings, files, texts, images, and other content they create or upload through Couvige Studio.

By using the service, the user grants Couvige Studio the technical rights necessary to host, store, display, process, edit, duplicate for backup purposes, and export their content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the service.

Couvige Studio does not claim ownership of user-created patterns.

The user is responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights to upload, reproduce, modify, or share any content they add to the service.

Unless the user chooses to publish, export, or share content through a feature of the service, user content is not intended to be made public by Couvige Studio.

The Couvige Studio name, interface, visual identity, software, code, features, documentation, texts, images, and other elements of the service are protected by intellectual property rights.

These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights in Couvige Studio to the user.

The user receives only a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the service in accordance with these Terms.

Couvige Studio may provide saving and export features. However, the user is encouraged to keep their own backup copies of important files and patterns.

Couvige Studio does not guarantee that the service will be free from bugs, interruptions, or data loss, especially during early access or beta phases.

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Couvige Studio Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy explains what data is collected, why it is collected, how long it is kept, who may receive it, and how users may exercise their rights.

Couvige Studio may suspend or terminate access to the service if a user seriously violates these Terms, misuses the service, infringes the rights of others, or threatens the security or integrity of the application.

Where reasonable, the user will be informed of the reason for the suspension or termination.

The user may stop using the service at any time and may request deletion of their account according to the procedure described in the Privacy Policy or account settings.

Couvige Studio is provided as a creative digital tool. The publisher makes reasonable efforts to provide a reliable and useful service but does not guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every specific use.

The user is responsible for how they use the service, the content they create, and the decisions they make based on the patterns or files produced through the service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion would be prohibited by law.

These Terms may be updated from time to time, especially as Couvige Studio evolves.

When significant changes are made, users may be informed by appropriate means, such as an in-app notice or email.

The version applicable to the user is the version available at the time of use of the service, unless otherwise required by law.

These Terms are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute, the parties will first try to find an amicable solution.

This choice does not deprive a consumer resident in another European Union member state of the protection afforded to them by the mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence.
